Meet Anna…

“I love working here because of the people, the teams are friendly and supportive and there is always a smiling face to talk to at work, and, genuinely, everyone is so lovely. It's like working within a big family. The support system is fantastic.

In the housekeeping department all your training is provided, when you start you will be taken to one of our training hubs for your first 4 weeks where you will be buddied by a trained coach.

There are loads of opportunities within Center Parcs to progress your career, as a Team Member you will get all the support you need to grow into a Team Leader within housekeeping, if that’s what you want. There are so many departments within Center Parcs that if you fancy a change of scenery or a new challenge it is entirely possible to step up or move over. 

The benefits are a big bonus too, I absolutely love going to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and also to the Spa on day passes; every time I come on a day pass, I feel like I'm on holiday for the day - even though I am visiting where I work! (visiting at Christmas for winter wonderland is an absolute must!)”

"I started my Center Parcs Journey within the housekeeping team in General Areas and quickly saw what high standards Center Parcs deliver, along with fantastic teamwork to meet these standards. The company offers great training and opportunities to move to different roles. Which is how I made my next move within the Center Parcs Family.

I moved to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise (our large water park) and felt at home straight away working with some great people. I love the leisure industry and have worked in pools before but never one with so much variety, no one day is the same. I enjoy the teamwork in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, a group of people working hard to ensure bather safety, getting real pride from making our guests safe. Lifeguarding is a very rewarding job for anyone looking to get into the leisure side of the business."

"My favourite role on shift is ensuring my team feel happy and supported so they are able to give the best guest care possible. Working in Leisure Bowl your days couldn’t be more varied! From serving drinks, checking-in bowling lanes or even helping little ones out in the arcade, there is never a dull moment.

Center Parcs is a family orientated business, but this doesn’t just stop at the guest experience. Within your team you develop your own little family too, I personally have made friends in my 5 years of working here that I will have for the rest of my life.

When starting a career at Center Parcs you’re not only given the necessary training for daily tasks, but also how to provide a top level of customer care and ensure all guests that come through our doors have a positive and memorable experience."

“I was interested in learning more about a catering-based career and specifically the production side. I knew about Center Parcs through friends who worked there and they recommended it as a fantastic place to work. It is, especially the training. "I have always loved working with food. I previously worked for busy restaurants in the city centre, then came to Center Parcs for job security and a better way of life. Center Parcs offers a great range of opportunities for team members to progress and seeing them progress through the ranks is a real highlight of my job.

During my time at Center Parcs I have seen lots of examples of chefs joining at entry level and rising through the ranks to management. The job is hard day to day but working with a dedicated team makes it worthwhile. The simple things such as laundered uniform, supplied safety shoes, working with up-to-date quality equipment and guaranteed rest days with no split shifts, make it even better to work here."

Meet Sophie….

"I have worked at Aqua Sana for over 5 years now as a Beauty Therapist. Center Parcs have provided me with all my training on site in leading luxury brands like Elemis, Decleor, Voya and OPI which is an amazing opportunity to have training in.

I perform high quality treatments through my working day, making sure my clients leave Aqua Sana feeling relaxed and de-stressed. At the end of each treatment, I retail to my clients to advise them on skincare / body products to use at home. Aqua Sana have a fantastic commission and incentives scheme for retailing which really motivates me to retail well and hit my targets.

The career opportunities I have had working at Aqua Sana include; being the development therapist for the seaweed organic brand Voya, I do the sleep sessions for VOYA as part of the spa experience for guests, I have a great passion for VOYA. I also am an ambassador for ELEMIS.

I love working at Center Parcs as it is a fantastic place to work with so many benefits. I work with an amazing team and we all work well together. My favourite benefit is that I can come and use the spa on my days off and can enjoy it with friends and family."
