Every year we offer you the chance of a learning break - that’s a short break for you and your family to experience staying at a Center Parcs village at a heavily reduced rate. Plus the opportunity to take further discounted breaks too. 

We offer you free day-passes to come and spend a day on the village

As a Center Parcs employee you can bring your family or friends on to the village with a 'day pass' to experience our leisure activities or visit one of our many restaurants, without having to book a break.

Available to all our employees, offering advice and guidance on a range of issues that could impact our wellbeing, including financial and legal support, family support, physical and mental health. The programme is completely free to access and fully confidential.

Profit Share and Management Bonus Schemes

After 6 months' service you'll be eligible to participate in our profit share scheme, which will pay you a share of our profits if we achieve our financial targets. We also have a separate bonus scheme for managers, linked to both financial and non-financial targets.


We offer the opportunity to join the Center Parcs Group Pension Plan, to which both you and Center Parcs will contribute.

Life Insurance Cover

From the moment you join us you'll be eligible for cover at two times your salary. As a member of the Group Pension Plan and subject to your contribution level and length of membership this can increase to four times your salary.

Annual Leave

Full-time employees receive 31 days annual leave (inclusive of public/bank holidays) increasing by one day at 5 and 10 years' service. Part-time employees entitlement is pro-rata to the number of hours worked.

Company Sick Pay

We provide company sick pay after 6 months service, equivalent to 100% of basic pay for up to 28 days in any 12 month period. Part-time employees entitlement is pro rata to the number of hours worked.
