Our Retail department provides a fantastic shopping experience, ranging from essential groceries in the on-site supermarket to luxury brands in our concession partners clothing stores. From Team Member up to Manager, we have a range of roles within the division and can offer fantastic opportunities to develop your career or progress with the one you’re on. Full and part time contracts are available.

Porters and Kitchen Assistants (Commis Chefs)

What you can expect

These roles are great if you’re looking for an early career start in the kitchen. Our Porters are the backbone of the kitchen - making sure everything is clean and tidy for our Chefs and that things are organised and available. Kitchen Assistants are junior Chefs and learn their trade by prepping food and areas for our more experienced Chefs.

We also offer a 'fast-track' development programme for Kitchen Assistants where we will provide you with all the training to get you to the next level.

Skills and experience

No experience or qualifications are required for these roles although we do ask that you’re able to take direction from colleagues and can work well in a team environment.

Hours

Your full or part-time straight-shift will be worked on a rota basis with your hours of work depending on the restaurant you join.

Chefs - all levels

What you can expect

We have around ten different restaurants at each village, with food styles ranging from traditional pub fayre through to Indian fine dining. The beauty of working for Center Parcs is the opportunity to move restaurants without changing employer - making it an incredibly diverse experience.

We also offer a ‘fast-track’ development programme, where we will provide you with all the training to get you to the next level.

Skills and experience

We ask for experience over qualifications for these positions, although any industry qualification or health and safety certification would certainly benefit your application.

Food and Beverage Assistants

What you can expect

Front of house and centre stage are our Food and Beverage Assistants. From the smile on the door, to the attentive table service in our restaurants and bars, they’re the people our guests connect with time and time again.

Skills and experience

No experience required, but we do ask that you’re great with people, confident and can work under pressure.

Hours

Your full or part-time shift will be worked on a rota basis although your hours will depend on the restaurant you join.

Managers, Assistant Managers and Team Leaders

We also have a range of management positions, including Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Team Leader. We look for highly motivated, committed individuals with previous management/supervisory experience within a fast-paced food and beverage or retail environment.

Retail

Manager | Assistant Manager | Team Leader | Assistant

What you can expect

Your duties will involve all aspects of retail from serving guests on the checkouts and handling payments to replenishing stock ensuring that all goods are attractively displayed.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a guest facing role, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Hours

Your full or part-time shift will be worked on a rota basis although your hours will depend on the restaurant you join.
