Good governance underpins everything we do as a business, from the way we manage risk to the way we engage with our colleagues. We are committed to having a robust governance framework in place and have adopted the Wates Corporate Governance Principles for Large Private Companies, as well as operating several formal committees with delegated authority from the Operating Board.
Financial reporting and controls
Financial reporting and control processes are essential for our business. We comply with all statutory requirements, as well as the enhanced financial controls required by the US Sarbanes Oxley Act 2002, as a requirement of our shareholder.
