A smile on your face, a little wave or a friendly ‘hello’ can make anyone’s day, especially a guest visiting Center Parcs for a much-deserved break. Whether guests stay for three, four or seven nights, whether it’s their first time or their 20th year visiting us, we want to ensure a unique, high-quality and consistent guest experience. Our Service Delivery team are passionate about customer service and strive to always provide a flawless experience for all visitors and guests. As part of the team, you will really get to know the village, and walking around connecting and interacting with guests is a key part of the role. Who knows, you may even catch a marriage proposal!

Service Delivery

 

Guest Services

Manager | Shift Manager | Assistant

What you can expect

From the time our guests arrive to the moment they leave, we want them to enjoy every minute of their stay and have a great experience that they’ll always remember…and it all begins with the Guest Services team.

You will provide guests with advice, answer queries, and work with them to resolve problems with a “nip it in the bud” approach. The ideal candidate will need to be confident with handling guest complaints and escalating issues where necessary.

Qualifications, skills and experience

No formal qualifications are required - the roles in this department mainly focus on your ability to handle situations and communicate effectively.

For managerial positions, previous relevant experience of managing a large team in a similar environment will be required.

Hours

Full and part-time role are available, working across 7 days a week on a rota basis.

Security

Manager | Assistant Manager | Shift Manager | Security Officer | Security Assistant/Driver

What you can expect

As part of the Security team, you will be our guests’ first point of interaction on their break. To ensure our guests have a safe stay with us, our security team will always be present, always on hand for any issues that may arise during their stay and they often receive the final wave goodbye when guests leave. The range of job titles and duties are varied, from permitting arrivals and patrolling the village through to monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and access points.

Qualifications skills and experience

Due to the level of guest contact, customer service and excellent communication skills are essential. Some roles may require an SIA or PSA licence.

Hours

Full and part-time role are available, working across 7 days a week on a rota basis. Some roles will include working night shifts.

Human Resources / Learning and Development / IT

Human Resources and Learning and Development

Manager | Deputy | Advisor | Administration

The HR and Training team is responsible for the welfare of up to 1500 employees on the village, ensuring equal opportunities for everyone, making sure our people are ready to deliver fantastic guest care and ensuring that our policies are adhered to. They work closely with all departments, offering support and guidance where required. Advisors are the key point of contact for most query levels, ranging from payroll through to employee relations and recruitment. Managers oversee all activity and act as the primary contact for Head Office relations and queries.

Qualifications skills and experience

Relevant HR experience and great customer service skills are required

CIPD or willingness to work towards the qualification

Experience with MS office, report generating and use of HR software

Information Technology

IT Support Technician | Team Leader

Working in IT at Center Parcs is not like your usual desk job. You will find yourself working in all areas of the village with a lovely walk through the forest to solve your next problem. With more and more of our services becoming digital, through guests booking activities, operating cash-free and our colleagues using technology to communicate and store information, it’s an integral role to the running of the village.

Qualifications, skills and experience

You’ll need excellent people skills and the ability to work methodically.
