Imagine having 400 acres of beautiful forest as your office, and playing a central role in helping it to grow and flourish throughout the seasons. As part of the Ground Services team you are responsible for managing and maintaining the forest landscape, including its wildlife. Meeting new four-legged forest friends is a major part of the Center Parcs experience, and you’ll help to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our woodland creatures. You’ll need to be passionate about the natural environment and help us to protect it for future generations.

From Team Member to Manager, we have a number of roles within the division, and can offer a range of opportunities, whether you’re looking to start on a whole new career path or gain further experience in your current field. We have both full and part-time contracts available.

Ranger and Senior Ranger - Forest | Conservation | Estate | Interior

What you can expect

Our team of Rangers and Seniors support the Ground Services Management in the effective management and supervision of the department, supporting with key forest maintenance tasks and helping to develop and maintain an effective team.

Qualifications, skills and experience

Relevant qualifications will be required in a recognised horticultural or forestry discipline and or experience within the industry. These will be detailed on the job advert

Excellent communication skills

A full driving licence is required as you’ll be driving onsite vehicles

Hours

Full and part-time shifts are available which are worked over 7 days on a rota basis.

Grounds Assistant

What you can expect

A role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for maintaining the village grounds, assisting the forestry team to look after woodland areas, waterways and landscaping. A job that’s very rewarding, as you’ll be able to see all of your hard work come to life.

Qualifications, skills and experience

You’ll be enthusiastic and cheerful

The ability to work alone or in a team

A full driving licence is required as you’ll be driving onsite vehicles

No specific technical qualifications are required

Hours

Full and part-time shifts are available which are worked over 7 days on a rota basis.
