Programmes as unique as you

An apprenticeship programme is a way for you to carry on working and earning a salary while you spend time learning and developing valuable new skills and knowledge, developing your confidence and achieving an industry recognised qualification.

Working in partnership with external training providers such as HIT Hospitality Training, we have designed a range of apprenticeship programmes across a wide range of disciplines to excite your taste buds.

You can be assured of a fully supported learning experience supported by your Center Parcs Mentor and your own external Training Consultant.

Our Apprenticeship programmes are designed to naturally fit around your job role and to help you develop knowledge and skills in your current role or to prepare you for a future role at Center Parcs.

Success Stories

Erin achieved amazing things in a short amount of time.

She joined the Longleat Forest Aqua Sana Spa team as an Apprentice Beauty Therapist. In just ten months she was employed as a full-time Therapist and 18 months later took on a secondment to a senior-level role.

Chantelle is a superstar in our Whinfell Forest Housekeeping team.

After only a short time with us, she progressed to a supervisory role before taking a temporary role as Assistant Head of Department. The Knowledge Centre at Center Parcs has really helped to achieve her management goal and, whilst working with us, she has gained an NVQ in Hospitality, Leadership and Supervision and is currently working towards her Level 5 Management Diploma.
